{New Product} Floating Place Cards

 A few months ago I had the privilege to work with some talented NE Florida wedding industry vendors.  Christy Whitehead Photography was the lead photographer on the set and also one of the theme designers along with Southern Charm Events and myself. 

The centerpieces by A Fantasy of Flowers were just beautiful.  I designed and created each of the peacock monogram plates and Tanya of Southern Charm Events added some bling to the chargers with glitter.  They really complimented each other quite well.

We were determined to add some special touches that were new and unique.  After racking my brain (and brainstorming with my 14 year old son who mentioned how cool it would look to make things "float" using something clear and vinyl), we came up with floating place cards. I JUST LOVE THEM!

Floating place cards are perfect for any special occasion. The personalized place cards also make for a great keepsake for the guests... so it knocks out the need for favors as well.

{Real Event} Tea Party Birthday

Recently I got to help one of my good friends Ashley, owner of Kennedy Kakes, to design and decorate for her daughter's 3 birthday... the tea party birthday.  The event was held in the fern garden of Flair Wedding & Events / Fair Celebrations.  

Ashley, being the creative baker she is and me, being the creative designer I am, made a great team!  I designed all of the party printables, created a custom banner and of course, added some decals.

The dessert table was complete with a fabulous custom flower cake, cake pops, cake push pops, cookie pops and sweet candy.  I made the cake banner / bunting and the food tent cards.

I added decals with each of the children's names to the tea cups.

I absolute LOVE the banner I made for her.  It is glitter cardstock with burlap.  The picture does not show all of the details... it was so beautiful sparkling in the sunlight.

QR Code : Stamp Your Brand

Adding your QR code to your already existing marketing material just got easier with my QR code stamps. 

QR Codes are on the rise and can be found just about everywhere.  Last week I even introduced the QR Code decals that can be used on cars, venue doors and endless other places.  

My new QR codes start at 1" for only $20 (special introductory price).  You can stamp business cards, postcards, flyers and other marketing material you send out.  They are also great to stamp on packages... and if you are like me, the signature receipts when I eat out.  Hey... those receipts travel through several hands before they hit storage. I'm sure someone is bound to scan one and POOF, welcome to my Facebook page!

QR Codes : The Next BIG thing in Business Marketing

I am sure by now you have seen QR codes almost everywhere... on posters, in magazines, on products... and the list goes on.

Why not take it a step further and go mobile with it... literally. 

Nicole Rendon, Independent Distributor of Scentsy requested I make her two QR code decals... one for her website and another to her Facebook Fan Page.  It makes "liking" her FB page and ordering from her website even easier for people passing by.

I sometimes have a full car decal with business advertising on my car's rear window but sometimes I remove it, change around the wording etc.  Even when I do not have my business advertisement decal on my car, I still have this 6" QR code decal I made that links directly to my Facebook Fan Page.  Curious minds are everywhere and seeing a QR code to scan attracts them. 

Adding a business name and website decal to you window is another good way to attract people to your website, however, the QR code decals will get them there even quicker.  I offer the business vehicle decals on my website starting at only $20 (current price).  Adding a QR code to one of these is another great option for mobile advertising.

 

JAX Couture Events is another local area business I made QR code decals for.  They added them to the front door of their venue since they have a lot of foot traffic.  Because they are not always available for walk-ins at the venue, people walking by can just scan the door and go right to where they want to lead them.  In this case, their Facebook page, website and Twitter page.
